Da biste ojačali imunitet i time se zaštitili od korona virusa, treba da jedete sveže voće, beli luk i domaće supe, savetuju stručnjaci!

Oni upozoravaju da zaražene osobe nikako ne bi smele da jedu tešku hranu, slatkiše i testa, jer od virusa namučen i oslabljen organizam ne može da svari te namirnice.

Vitamin i odmor

Nutricionistkinja Jovana Srejić savetuje da u narednom periodu izbegavamo sve što bi naš imunitet, poput drugog boravka u zatvorenom prostoru, previše šećera, nedovoljno sna i tečnosti.

– Potrebno je da spavamo barem sedam sati i da pijemo minimim osam čaša vode. Da bi naš imuni sistem ojačao i uspeo da se odbrani od virusa, moramo smanjiti i unos ugljenih hidrata, pogotovo belog brašna i šećera. To je jako važno, jer se vitamin C i šećer prosto rečeno, takmiče da uđu u naše ćelije. Ako u krvi ima previše šećera, vitamin C se neće apsorbovati u organizmu, a onda naš imuni sisem slabi i postaje ranjiv – objašnjava ona.

Srejićeva takođe dodaje da obroke možemo da unosimo tokom osam sati, a da 16 sati ne konzumiramo hranu, i dodaje:

– Jačanju imuniteta najviše će doprineti cink i vitamin C i D, a njih možete pronaći u svežem voću i povrću, pogotovo limunu, pomorandži, belom luku, đumbiru i gljivama. Sve je to superhrana za jačanje imuniteta i borbu protiv virusa. Važno je da jedete piletinu, losos i govedinu jer je to meso puno cinka – kaže ona.

Srejićeva upozorava da osobe koje se zaraze korona virusom treba da izbegavaju jaku i masnu hranu zato što namučen i oslabljen organizam neće moći da je svari.

Smanjiti slatkiše

– Inficirane osobe nikako ne smeju jesti slatkiše, testa, niti začinjenu hranu, poput gulaša, pasulja, pohovanog mesa i slično. Preporučuju se lagani obroci, pre svega supe od kostiju, u koje se obavezno dodaje kurkuma. Izbegavati peciva, helb i tosteve. Umesto mleka, piti jogurt ali u manjim količinama.
